Energy Saving 🔶 Agreement Policy

The Energy Saving Service
This is a service aimed at energy consumption cutdown, boosting of engine performance, and protecting of electronics. Our service gives clients five full years of the outlined benefits subject to annual payment of subscription fees. Our special Negative ion, Nano-technological devices have the ability to refine fuel and improve combustion in the engines. This in effect reduces the macro-molecules of fuel to micro molecules enabling entire combustion and limiting carbon monoxide emission. As the engine is being fed with highly refined fuel, it becomes fuel efficient, 30% or more, and its performance is boosted and lifespan of engine gets extended.
When this cutting-edge technology is applied to electricity, consumption is dropped by 30% or more and electronic gadgets are protected. This service is rendered under a program called Ever-Save. The Ever-Save program, aside saving energy, also offers clients the opportunity to earn extra income by referring others to join the program. Other benefits from Ever-Save are Life Saving, and Job Creation.
Terms
Kelandrews Energy Solutions (refered to as K.E.S) shall install (or supervise the installation of) the Energy management devices for the client, and the client shall pay the prevailing annual subscription fee as would be determined by K.E.S. The client shall then pay an annual renewal fee for five consecutive years after which this contract will expire and shall be subject to renewal.
It is the duty of the client to put the vehicle or facility in shape to ensure maximum benefit from the installation according to requirements and standards set for same.
K.E.S shall remain the owner, service provider, and supplier of the devices used in this endeavor.
The Client shall notify and seek permission from K.E.S as and when the need arises to transfer the Energy management devices / service to a different vehicle or facility. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this agreement.
It is the duty of the client to protect the devices throughout the entire agreement period.
The Client shall not under any circumstance or condition tamper with or attempt to modify deliberately or unintentionally any of the devices without permission from K.E.S.
K.E.S shall be responsible for maintaining and servicing the devices to ensure it functions efficiently for the benefit of the client.
In case of theft, accident, or any form of uncertainty that causes a loss or damage to the devices, K.E.S shall replace the devices. The cost of replacement shall be equally shared by K.E.S and the client.
Payment
The Client has two payment options:
💠 Annual subscription: The Client may choose to pay an annual subscription fee at the prevailing rate as outlined earlier or choose to pay for the following years in advance.
💠 One-time payment: In case the client chooses to pay for the years ahead in advance, the client may be entitled to a discount benefit.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party in the event of a material breach of the Agreement.
Conflict resolution
In case of any misunderstanding or breach on the part of any of the parties, the issue shall be resolved amicably by the two parties or through arbitration.
Severability
In the event that any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the agreement and all other provisions shall continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising from this Agreement may be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations, and understandings, whether oral or written. It acknowledges that all information provided by the client are factual, truthful, and accurate.
